Applying is easy! The application is included below in 2 different formats. To be considered, an application must be completed for each child that meets the eligibility requirements (see below). Please note that applications must be returned by May 1st, to be considered for the trip. The trip will be in early October.

Who’s Eligible?

  • Waterloo/Cedar Falls and surrounding area youth who are chronically or terminally ill.
  • Families must have financial need.
  • Children must have never been to Disney World.
  • Applications must be received by May 1st for consideration for the fall trip.
  • All applications will be reviewed by a local selection panel compromised of Cedar Valley area citizens including a physician and insurance agent.
  • Children must be between the ages of 5-18.
